YOGA RETREAT

Yoga retreat package is a perfect introduction to yoga for a beginner or an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice by immersing yourself into the study of the principles and practices of yoga. Shreyas offers twice daily group Yoga sessions based on both classical Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, adapted for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and one daily group Meditation session is included in the stay for all guests. For guests who would like to delve deeper into the ancient spiritual tradition of yoga, a Yoga retreat is structured to allow you to experience not just the physical aspects of Yoga but also Karma Yoga.

SILENT RETREAT

‘Mouna’ means ‘time spent in silence’), is designed to help one step back, introspect, calm the mind and possibly realign and re-prioritize the goals in life. Spending time in solitary contemplation can bring deep-seated emotional, intellectual or spiritual issues to the fore; our experienced teachers and staff provide any support required to ease through the whole process. During the silent retreat, we may modify the diet with a pacifying effect on the body and mind or modify certain activities to help get the most out of it. The retreat is customized to meet guests’ comfort levels and a structured schedule is drawn based on the choice of activities.
